 The Circle of Excellence Awards Program is produced by GMA as an opportunity for employers to recognize their employees. The program was started in 1993. Since then, over 245 employees have joined the Circle of Excellence as sales or customer service nominees. Nominees are recognized for their achievements, and each year, a "Best of the Best" recipient is selected in each category by an independent panel of judges.
